       There will be a special session at 8:30 AM facilitated by Paul Nijensohn of the Illinois State
Board of Education.  This will be a gathering of the committees of the Outcomes Task Force
established in August, 2009.  Each committee will report on its work..

       The regular IAPSEC business meeting will follow.  There will be a great deal of information
of the legislative session and the status of funding reform in special education.  Please make
